Responsibilities

Lead the schedule and technical quality of electrical engineering tasks on high-profile projects
Develop detailed designs such as Installation details, motor control center single lines, electric room layouts, control panel layouts, grounding, lighting, and power plans
Provide support during startup, coordinate across disciplines, and assist with construction
Collaborate directly with clients, owners, and contractors to ensure successful delivery
Work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined environment to establish design requirements and produce construction documents

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license
At least 15 years of experience in engineering design of building electrical systems
At least 4 years of electrical design experience for semiconductor, data center, or mission critical facilities
Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards
Experience with UPS and EPMS systems
Experience with generator sizing and paralleling
Extensive design experience with electrical power system equipment/components, such as switchgears, transformers, panelboards, generators, UPS, etc
Team leadership and client interaction experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Project lead experience
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams

Preferred

Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering
Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
Electrical design experience for semiconductor, data center and/or mission critical facilities
Medium Voltage (MV) design experience
