Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated point of contact and strategist for Sales and Business Development needs, ensuring a centralized and consistent flow of requests into Marketing
Own the full lifecycle of sales-enablement assets—including pitch decks, creative needs, PR support, and event materials and logistics
Build and maintain a scalable enablement framework that delivers proactive support to Sales and BD, not just reactive fulfillment
Partner with Sales and BD leadership to understand targets, workflows, deal cycles, and customer needs, translating them into effective marketing programs and assets
Ensure enablement materials are up-to-date, on-brand, accurate, and aligned with product and messaging strategy
Develop and operationalize cross-functional processes to ensure smooth intake, prioritization, and delivery of work
Act as the strategic translator between the field and the marketing team—ensuring clear communication, expectation-setting, and alignment on goals
Own and evolve Libsyn’s PR strategy across Libsyn Hosting, Libsyn Ads, and all sub-brands—working closely with external PR partners and internal stakeholders
Drive year-round earned-media visibility through thought leadership, executive positioning, announcements, storytelling, and creator- and advertiser-focused narratives
Lead Libsyn’s organic social strategy, ensuring an always-on presence that aligns with key company priorities, product news, creator stories, and industry trends
Build content calendars, review and refine social copy, and ensure consistency with brand voice and messaging
Own Libsyn’s annual event and conference strategy—from planning and budgeting to onsite execution and post-event measurement
Partner with Sales, BD, and Marketing leadership to determine event goals and ensure Libsyn’s presence supports both brand visibility and commercial outcomes
Ensure every event—whether creator-focused, advertiser-focused, or industry-focused—delivers a cohesive, on-brand experience that reflects Libsyn’s leadership and innovation
Oversee booth creative, signage, programming, lead-gen, and execution for multiple events throughout the year
Champion alignment between Sales, BD, and Marketing through clear communication, documentation, and cross-functional leadership
Ensure that all materials and public-facing work adhere to the Libsyn brand guidelines and quality standards
“Connect the dots” across internal teams to ensure integrated planning and avoid duplication of effort
Coach and develop one direct report; provide project-based leadership to cross-functional contributors

Required

8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, field marketing, or marketing enablement; experience in media, advertising, podcasting, or creator economy preferred
Proven success building or leading sales/BD enablement functions in a high-growth or dynamic environment
Demonstrated expertise managing PR, social media, and events
Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to influence without authority and work seamlessly across teams
Strong project-management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver high-quality work quickly
Experience building scalable processes, frameworks, and repeatable mechanisms for cross-functional execution
Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, bias for action, and natural ability to bring structure to ambiguity
Strong commitment to brand alignment, message consistency, and cross-functional collaboration
Sales and BD experience measurable improvements in efficiency, clarity, and deal support
Marketing assets and activities are consistently aligned to revenue goals and delivered with speed and quality
PR, social, and event initiatives elevate Libsyn's visibility as a category leader
Stakeholders view this role as the operational and strategic backbone of commercial-facing marketing
