Help our participants over the phone with provider-related questions and transactions
Deliver exceptional support through phone and email while building valuable knowledge in employee benefits
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills and comfort using technology
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Preferred
Previous experience in a customer service call center or phone-based support role
