Inside Sales Manager
Brookaire Company has been serving the HVAC Industry since 1974. They are seeking an Inside Sales Manager who will lead the Inside Sales Team, ensuring high customer service standards and team performance while managing staffing and reporting responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and hold the inside sales team accountable for service, accuracy, and responsiveness
Set expectations, run sales huddles, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent performance
Maintain top‑tier customer experience; handle escalations and service issues promptly
Own quoting, order entry, CRM discipline, and all inside-sales processes/SOPs
Manage essential reports (KPI dashboards, quote conversion, customer activity)
Provide concise weekly/monthly insights and recommendations to leadership
Ensure the department has the right staffing, structure, and training
Partner closely with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Logistics to align communication and customer expectations
Identify improvement opportunities in workflow, accuracy, and customer engagement
Qualification
Required
Experience leading Inside Sales or Customer Service teams
Strong communication, organizational, and team‑management skills
CRM proficiency and strong Excel/reporting abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems quickly
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
