Responsibilities

Server design review for product quality improve
Improve testing techniques/procedures for analyzing system failure data efficiently
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams provide improvement plans in a timely manner
Write root cause analysis and presentation skill are needed
Drive case study or/and issue resolution recommendations
New technology trend studying and sharing

Qualification

DC-DC power knowledgeComputer board/system designServer hardware designOscilloscope proficiencyProblem solvingCommunication skillsTeam player

Required

BSEE with 2-4+ years of hands-on experience
DC-DC power knowledge and related experience
Computer board level/system level of design experience
Familiar in computer architecture with strong hands-on design or debug experience in server hardware
Familiar with oscilloscope and other lab equipment
Strong problem solving capability
Strong communication, written, and oral skills
Self-motivated team player
