Responsibilities
Manage solar and renewable energy construction projects from bid award through closeout
Prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for solar installation scopes
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and equipment procurement
Track schedules, budgets, change orders, and project documentation
Communicate with clients, utilities, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines
Qualification
Required
Experience in solar, renewable energy, or electrical construction project management
Strong estimating, cost control, and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Understanding of solar installation processes and construction workflows
Professional, client-facing communication skills
