Assist attorneys through various tasks, including preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing case files
Maintain communication with clients
Translate legal materials
Coordinate schedules
Ensure timely completion of necessary filings and documentation
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Law and experience with Legal Document Preparation
Ability to efficiently handle Research and Document Review processes
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both English and Spanish
Proficiency in legal terminology and familiarity with court procedures and case management systems
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Preferred
Paralegal certification or equivalent education and experience preferred
Previous experience in personal injury law or related legal fields is a strong advantage
