Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC and manual machines to meet specifications
Ensure accurate dimensions and maintain tight tolerances using precision measuring tools
Maintain clean and organized work area daily
Comply with all safety policies and procedures
Support departmental goals and production requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years CNC programming experience
Tools required (most critical can be acquired shortly after start)
Ability to travel as needed
Clean driving record and background check
Willingness to work extended hours, including day/night shifts during peak seasons
Preferred
Working knowledge of manual machines (lathes, mills, drills, grinders, hand tools, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, process sheets, and work instructions
Proficiency in machine shop math
Experience with setup procedures and determining tooling requirements
Knowledge of precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gages, dial indicators, thread gages, etc.)
