Responsibilities

Develop and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation

Collaborate with design and systems engineers to identify improved designs and enhanced processes

Support production by troubleshooting mechanical issues and recommending corrective actions

Participate in product testing, validation, and implementation of engineering changes

Ensure designs comply with applicable safety standards, regulations, and company policies

Develop and support processes that enhance cross functional collaboration

Assist with practical demonstrations and presentations of proposed solutions to team members and stakeholders

Review hydraulic, electrical, and control systems to ensure proper integration and functionality

Combine multiple designs, blueprints, and schematics into comprehensive unified system schematics

Develop detailed specifications for proposed solutions, including required materials, labor, and timeframes

Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid Edge or other design program experience

High School Diploma or GED

Four (4) or more years of experience in related position

Preferred

Bachelors' degree in related field preferred but not required
