Responsibilities

Participate in three 18 months development rotations from across Honeywell’s Finance organization choosing from: Business Finance, Business Analysis, Controllership, Data Analytics, and Finance Specialists (Internal Audit, Treasury, Investor Relations)
Receive formal training opportunities, coaching, mentoring and networking to support professional development
Gain exposure to multiple business lines and related responsibilities

Required

Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or a Master of Accountancy/Finance (not MBA) at an accredited college or university
Must have graduated from an accredited college or university between December 2024 and December 2025 and be available to begin full-time work January 2026 for Aerospace or Automation roles
Geographical mobility throughout the Future Finance Leader's Automation Program, 2 moves required
Must be able to participate in an internship, prior to completing current degree program
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S
Honeywell is currently unable to consider applicants who would require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization for this position. Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements

Preferred

Leadership roles in campus and/or volunteer activities
Strong PC Skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
Data analytic certificate or classes
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
The ability to multi-task, demonstrate a strong presence and work efficiently in a stimulating work environment
