The role involves assisting Compliance attorneys with legal and regulatory tasks, preparing diligence reports, conducting legal research, and maintaining company policies.

Responsibilities

Prepare quarterly regulatory risk filings, including working directly with Compliance team members to gather and review responsive documentation from business partners

Prepare diligence reports and risk summaries for attorneys regarding potential third party business partners

Assist with the maintenance and oversight of company policies and procedures

Conduct legal research in support of business needs regarding business courtesies

Open, manage, and close matters in accordance with company policies

Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders

Top candidates will have familiarity with Caterpillar's Ethics & Compliance program or other relevant experience supporting corporate compliance programs
