Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day business operations for Digital Workplace technologies

(Microsoft 365, macOS, Mobility, Azure Virtual Desktops, Collaboration Tools, Voice Telephony, and Xerox Workplace Cloud)

Partner and collaborate with digital workplace engineers globally

Follow standard ITIL processes and procedures related to Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management

Willingness to explore and learn new technologies and processes in a dynamic, fast paced environment

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to get a 360° perspective of an IT Service Delivery model

The rotation will include Tier 3 Operations, Engineering, and Architecture

Required

Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency

Basic understanding of Windows, Mac, and/or cloud platforms

Ability to provide technical support to internal users by troubleshooting complex issues related to digital workplace platforms

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and document processes effectively

Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn from different team members

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Graduation date of December 2026 - June 2028

Ability to work during program dates: June 1st - August 7th, 2026
