Specialty Dental Brands is a well-established pediatric dental and orthodontic practice in Scottsdale, serving the Valley for over 40 years. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, technical, and operational support to the Practice Manager, coordinate tech needs, and assist with marketing and social media efforts.

Responsibilities

Act as the on-site go-to for basic tech support (simple printer issues, connectivity checks, rebooting devices)

Open and track corporate IT tickets; sit in on remote troubleshooting sessions

Communicate updates to the team and track resolutions

Maintain various log of computers and device needs

Maintain computer related supplied

Prepare new-hire onboarding welcome items

Assist with filing, office documentation, and ordering supplies

Provide cross-trained support to front office roles when needed

Support Practice Manager with general administrative tasks

Help monitor and respond appropriately to social media DMs

Maintain the content calendar and coordinate scheduled posts

Create simple graphics in Canva (ads, banners, slides for the lobby TVs)

Assist with community marketing tasks: referral gifts, in-kind donations, sponsorships, tracking, and outreach

Help keep our social media presence active, polished, and on-brand
