Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance client satisfaction through exceptional delivery of facility management services and support programs
Monitor and support compliance with JLL audit standards, operational policies, and procedures while tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Collaborate with account teams to drive development and implementation of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) best practices and innovations
Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors, ensuring efficient coordination and completion of maintenance requests
Manage facility soft services including meeting preparation, conference room reservations, food services, parking, vending, and badging systems
Implement and monitor hazard control and safety practices while ensuring compliance with local codes, regulations, and JLL operational standards
Assist with procurement and supplier management activities to support overall facility operations and client objectives

Required

Minimum of two years of relevant industry experience in corporate environments, third-party service provider roles, or consulting positions
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong computer proficiency and managerial capabilities
Proven ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives
Basic knowledge of building systems including mechanical and electrical systems
Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance

Preferred

Experience with facility management software and work order systems
Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) monitoring
Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management
Understanding of soft services operations in corporate environments
Experience with client relationship management in professional services settings
Knowledge of hazard control and safety management systems
Previous exposure to Integrated Facility Management (IFM) best practices
