Responsibilities
Provide support to projects related to critical hospital applications
Completion of assigned tasks for newly developed functionality and maintenance of existing applications
Creating and maintaining documentation
Testing application functionality
Coordinate and communicate with other IS resources who are assigned to support application issues and project tasks
Qualification
Required
BS or BA or equivalent education and experience (Information Technology or related fields)
1 - 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, including documentation of requirements and ensuring successful integration and/or implementation of projects
Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
Some experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, or Access)
Preferred
The ability to gather information from other project team members as necessary
Great customer service and teamwork skills
Ability to collaborate with the team and business operators
Ability to operate using standard methodologies for the completion of tasks within an agile environment
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong computer skills
