Responsibilities

Conducting analytical testing on composite materials following SOPs
Preparing samples and performing tests with accuracy and efficiency
Evaluating test data, performing retests as needed, and maintaining clear records
Calibrating and troubleshooting laboratory equipment
Upholding laboratory safety protocols and proactively addressing hazards
Collaborating with colleagues and working independently on the 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Required

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related field
Experience with analytical testing methods (wet chemistry, thermal analysis, rheology, chromatography)
Proficiency in techniques such as HPLC, SEC, FTIR, DSC, DMA, TMA, TGA, moisture analysis, and particle size measurement
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude
Effective communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred

Experience with LabWare management system
