The technical writer creates content for engineering, QA, UI design, customer support, and external developers
We primarily develop content in the following areas:
Task-oriented user documentation
Systems architectures
API documentation
UX writing

Qualification

Required

Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and peers on the documentation team
Quickly understand and document complex software and related tools
Demonstrate an ability to create well-written, structured, detailed specifications that incorporate feedback
Plan and manage documentation projects with shifting requirements and goals
More than three years of technical writing experience documenting complex applications, and a degree in Technical Communication

Preferred

Cloud tools such as GCS, AWS, or Azure
AI tool integrations
