Responsibilities
Serve as the main clinical resource, providing training and support for regional customers
Deliver post-sale, in-person support, including equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Monitor repair history, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to minimize equipment issues
Conduct case observations and provide continuous staff training
Analyze usage data, prepare reports, and identify trends to support strategic decision-making
Assist in improving workflow efficiency and reducing equipment downtime
Maintain accurate customer records and support data integration
Attend trade shows and follow all safety and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
2+ years of field sales or clinical experience in GI/pulmonary endoscopy
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
Strong communication, troubleshooting, time management, and decision-making skills
Ability to train staff, analyze data, and present insights
Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing customer needs
Manual dexterity for equipment handling
Ability to stand, talk, hear, and lift 25–50 lbs
Close vision for detailed tasks
Up to 50% travel across the assigned territory
