They are seeking a Supply Chain Intern to provide administrative support for the Supply Chain Department in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Enter data for purchase orders into computer
Send purchase orders to vendors
Create, process, & close work orders for internal materials
File purchase orders, requisitions and miscellaneous processing slips in appropriate locations
Create, Monitor, & Report on Material Transfers with Production
Enter data for quotes into computer system and file quotes
Assist team with special projects (Supplier Handbook, Organization, Training Manuals, etc.)
Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business or related degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office required
Excellent communication & organizational skills
High attention to detail
Self-motivated
Time management skills: Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple tasks
Able to work well within a team, as well as work independently on projects
Available to work full-time in the summer
Preferred
A minimum sophomore standing preferred
