Regional Sales Manager
QuaverEd is seeking Regional Sales Managers to provide leadership and support to their growing sales team. This role focuses on executing sales strategies, coaching team members, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities
Execute sales plans and initiatives created by the National Sales Director and VP of Sales
Travel 6–8 days per month to work alongside SDs in the field
Add strategic expertise to in-person and virtual sales meetings
Attend all virtual sales meetings with SDs when not traveling
Conduct weekly 1:1s with SDs
Observe SD call blocks weekly and provide actionable coaching
Monitor KPIs, projections, and territory performance
Lead bi-weekly group meetings with your SDs
Assist with larger team meetings and team summits
Review outreach, prospecting cadence, and event follow-up for the territory
Provide oversight and direction for how SDs work with SAs
Collaborate with the Special Markets Manager
Own visibility into renewals and renewal outreach strategy
Ensure professionalism, compliance, and consistency with the QuaverEd code of conduct
Maintain strong alignment through weekly meetings with sales leadership
Assist sales leadership in setting goals and KPIs for direct reports; and
Coordinate with marketing and implementation at the direction of the VP of Sales
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Strong organizational and coaching skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience managing sales teams in a structured environment–optional but preferred
