Program Manager

Responsibilities
Capture, track, and manage action items from internal and external meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials for key meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed
Lead and drive key projects and action items, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Manage programs and projects initiated by or involving the Splunk Americas Office of the GM
Facilitate clear and concise communication across teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and progress
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Americas sales organization
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
Prepare reports and dashboards to track progress on key initiatives and provide insights to the CoS and leadership team
Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure successful project execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a sales or technology environment
Preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience with sales operations or sales strategy is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
