Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of assigned properties
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Oversee property budgets and financial performance
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract residents
Foster positive relationships with residents and community stakeholders
Coordinate maintenance and repair activities
Supervise property staff and provide training as needed
Prepare reports on property performance and occupancy rates
Qualification
Required
Experienced property management professional in the residential & affordable housing industry
