Required

You will graduate in Fall 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026 with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
You have had 1 or more relevant internships, co-ops, or other industry experience
Strong programming skills with at least one of Python or Typescript
Familiarity with AI augmented coding, such as with Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot
Demonstrated teamwork skills and communication skills, e.g., through group projects
Passion for AI-driven software and new engineering paradigms
An adaptable, creative problem solver who enjoys exploring new technologies
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred

Demonstrated project ownership experience via side projects, hackathons, etc
Experience building generative AI products, agent-based architectures, or AI APIs from providers like OpenAI and Anthropic
Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, or search-based AI
Experience with our tech stack -- Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, AWS, Vercel, Next.js/React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
