Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones

Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks to support scalable, secure development

Guide architectural reviews and system design decisions for maintainability and performance

Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, promoting DevOps and CI/CD best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML features and intelligent automation

Mentor engineers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement

Manage stakeholder relationships to align priorities and ensure timely delivery of complex initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in software engineering or related area

7 years' experience in software engineering or related area

2 years' supervisory experience

Preferred

Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area

Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly

Knowledge of accessibility best practices and supporting an inclusive culture
