Inside Sales Specialist
RJ Young is a company that provides business technology solutions to enhance productivity for small businesses and large enterprises. The Inside Sales Specialist will engage with prospects, handle inquiries, and ensure qualified leads are accurately delivered to the sales team.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls, web leads, emails, and live chats
Perform outbound calls and emails to qualify potential and existing customers
Research and gather detailed information on leads to support the sales team
Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
Follow up with Account Executives to ensure timely lead handoff
Cold call prospects to help set appointments for the sales team
Confidently use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in communication, business, marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, professional office environment
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
2–3 years of experience in a similar inside sales or customer-facing sales role
