Showroom Sales Manager
Complete Tile Collection is a respected design showroom located in Manhattan's Flatiron Design District, specializing in high-end tile products. They are seeking a Sales & Showroom Manager to lead their flagship showroom, manage a team, and maintain relationships with high-level clients while overseeing daily operations and contributing to sales strategy.
Responsibilities
Manage and inspire a team of 3 Design and Sales Consultants and 2 Sample Librarians
Maintain direct sales relationships with high-level clients (approx. 70% of your time)
Oversee daily showroom operations, staff scheduling, and visual presentation
Collaborate with the CEO on sales strategy and with the VP of Marketing on campaign initiatives
Lead team meetings, coach consultants, and contribute to evolving training programs
Provide performance insights and implement improvements to support sales growth
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3–5 years of high-end tile showroom sales experience
Demonstrated success leading a team or managing a showroom environment
Strong design sensibility and a genuine passion for tile and architectural surfaces
Ability to train, mentor, and elevate others while maintaining personal sales excellence
Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise, Microsoft Office, and email correspondence
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and professional integrity
