Responsibilities
Participate in meetings to review inputs and changes from leadership
Conduct data entry, data review, and analysis to ensure system alignment and accuracy
Establish and maintain communication services across business units
Maintain storage and retrieval of project communications data and business metrics
Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements
Establish and document business processes
Track project budgets and expenditures, monitoring transaction controls and costs against budgets
Qualification
Required
2 -4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
Experience with lean six sigma documentation and process improvement
Proficiency with PowerBI for data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma certifications
Experience with Visio for process map creation
Experience with enterprise applications
