Qualification

State of Florida Teaching CertificateBachelor's Degree in EducationMonitoringEvaluating dataEnglish Language LearnersPassion for educationTechnically savvyWork independentlyCollaborative team skills

Required

Must have a current State of Florida Teaching Certificate
Bachelor of Art/Science required (preferably in Education)
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a classroom setting or comparable experience
Passion for education, focusing on the success and achievements of students, parents and fellow educators
Basic knowledge and understanding of federal programs, policies and procedures
Exemplary skills monitoring, tracking and evaluating data to assess program effectiveness
Technically savvy
Demonstrated ability to set priorities and achieve results
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred

Master's Degree preferred
Experience working with English Language Learners preferred
