Part-Time Accounting and Office Administrator

The role involves transitioning from administrative tasks to core accounting responsibilities, contributing during a critical integration period.

Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage front desk duties professionally
Handle incoming calls and mail (receive, open, stamp, and route appropriately)
Perform filing and general clerical support tasks
Maintain inventory of office supplies and assist with customer service
Enter vendor invoices and check payments into the system
Post daily sales and process credit card transactions
Support the internal accountant with reconciliation, data entry, and daily reporting
Ensure financial accuracy and timely transaction processing
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles
Experience with ERP or accounting software (especially Microsoft Dynamics or QuickBooks)
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be available for on-site work in Covington, LA
Comfortable working in a front-desk, shared office environment
