Making strategic recommendations that drive business decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related field
Significant accounting experience with proven supervisory or management skills
Experience with Trimble TMW Suite or similar TMS (transportation management system) required
Master-level Excel skills—pivot tables, macros, advanced functions are second nature to you
Strong leadership abilities—you manage with both authority and empathy
Detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
Proficient with accounting software and always looking for ways to improve processes
Understanding of compliance requirements and ability to implement internal controls
Preferred
CPA or CMA preferred
