Drive the development of actual‑to‑plan earnings analysis for the retail annuity business

Analyze and explain emerging variances between actual results and planned earnings

Support the company’s periodic Statutory and GAAP earnings analysis processes

Assist in training and mentoring interns and junior analysts on spreadsheets, databases, and other analytical tools

Maintain steady progress toward actuarial credentials by preparing for SOA examinations through a combination of on‑the‑job learning and independent study
