The Director Hotel Finance will support the Hotel Finance leadership by working on projects to improve business performance measurement and metrics, collaborating with operations and finance leaders to analyze trends and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned including budgeting, forecasting, centralized billing and recording process
Coordinate, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures, guidance, and direction
Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned including budgeting, forecasting, centralized billing and recording process
Oversee and coordinate the implementation and maintenance of systems and processes utilizing internal and external sources to create and implement strategies and programs that will lead to improved financial performance
Work collaboratively with Corporate Finance and Operations leadership to ensure consistency of process and to share best practices
Other duties, projects and ad-hoc analysis as assigned
Travel around 25% of time

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/FinanceHospitality finance experienceProject ManagementPMP certificationLean/Six Sigma certificationData analytics experienceAnalytical skillsInfluence othersFostering professional relationshipsProblem solving skillsCommunication skillsPresentation skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required
At least 5-7 years of experience in a finance and data analytics position required
Strong analytical and problem solving skills required
Proven experience in Project Management and developing business metrics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence others and foster excellent professional relationships

Preferred

Advanced Degree in Finance, Analytics, Project Management or related field preferred
PMP certification and/or Lean/Six Sigma certification helpful
Hospitality finance experience very strongly desired
