Requirement Gathering - Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
Data Management & Reporting - Analyze billing data, generate reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations
System Enhancements - Collaborate with developers to implement updates and enhancements in the mainframe billing system
Issue Resolution - Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring seamless operations
Compliance & Documentation - Maintain documentation for billing processes and ensure adherence to industry standards
Stakeholder Collaboration - Act as a bridge between business teams and IT to align billing system functionalities with business goals
Qualification
Required
4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale utility or CIS projects
2+ years of hands-on experience with Customer/1 (C1) billing processes or system enhancements
Strong understanding of Energy and Utilities operations, including meter-to-cash, billing, rates, and customer data management
Proficiency in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder communication
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
Preferred
Knowledge of SQL or ability to query data for validation and analysis
Exposure to automation, data migration, or modernization initiatives
Previous experience working with the company or other large systems integrators
