Responsibilities
Work with minimal supervision
Read and understand a customer detail plan
Have a labor-intensive attitude
Provide superior customer service while ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner
Adhere to all company and industry standards/regulations (OSHA, etc.)
Prepare drawings of field sketches using AutoCAD
Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and design requirements related to telecommunications, commercial, residential, and light industrial application
Conduct due diligence for multiple projects prior to fieldwork
Review peer work product
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years old
have a valid driver's license
have a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
High school diploma or GED
Good communication and interpersonal skills

results-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipment
Ability to lead crews when the foreman is gone, with DC/AC electrical skills
Update equipment office records and installation specifications to document accurate 'as built'
Ability to work on ladders
demonstrated manual dexterity
Must be adaptable to changing environments
Must be able to pick up 50 lbs
be capable of working up to 12 hours
Must be available to work weekends and/or nights
in extreme weather conditions if necessary
be willing to travel extensively
Must be able to work out of the market or away from home as work demands
Preferred
2 + years of general construction experience preferred
some cell tower industry experience highly preferred
technical degree preferred
Experience on AT&T or Verizon Wireless Networks
