Tailor Made Compounding (TMC) is seeking a Recruiter / New Hire Concierge to own full-cycle recruiting while delivering a high-touch, organized, and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires. This role is critical to maintaining momentum as we continue to scale and integrate with new partners. The position blends recruiting execution with candidate and new-hire experience, ensuring we attract the right talent and set them up for success.

Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (hourly, professional, and leadership)
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role needs, timelines, and success profiles
Manage job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
Ensure consistent, compliant, and timely hiring practices
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates from first interaction through onboarding
Coordinate pre-boarding activities (offers, background checks, drug screens, paperwork)
Deliver a white-glove candidate experience that reflects TMC’s culture and values
Partner with HR and managers to ensure smooth Day 1 and 30/60/90-day transitions
Maintain accurate data in the ATS/HRIS (BambooHR or similar)
Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, candidate flow, source effectiveness)
Continuously improve recruiting and onboarding processes for efficiency and scalability
Support hiring-related compliance and documentation requirements
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (in-house preferred)
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions
High attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization
Preferred
Experience recruiting hourly and professional roles in operations, healthcare, or regulated environments strongly preferred
