Qualification
Required
2+ years as Ag or Commercial Loan Officer
Leadership aspirations and qualities
Possess strong credit experience and business development mindset
Loyal and hard-working with a team first mentality
Ability to expand loans, client relationships and cross sell bank products
Familiarity of the sales, commercial loan processing and closing processes
Working knowledge of the Agricultural industry
Ability to multi-task quickly and effectively
Good communication skills
