In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Enterprise Logging Platform team and system owners/stakeholders, focusing on driving outreach and engagement while fostering collaboration to support data onboarding to the logging platform.

Responsibilities

Identify, map, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across business units, IT, and security teams to align platform capabilities with organizational needs

Develop and execute outreach plans, including newsletters, webinars, and targeted updates, to keep stakeholders informed about platform enhancements, best practices, and compliance requirements

Coordinate educational sessions, documentation, and onboarding materials to ensure stakeholders understand platform functionality and governance standards

Work closely with engineering, product management, and governance teams to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable deliverables

Track onboarding metrics, providing regular reports to leadership on outreach progress and effectiveness

Develop presentations, briefings, and just-in-time trainings to internal and external stakeholders

Contribute to internal communications data calls for leadership briefings and reports. Complete questionnaires, after action reports, and success stories templates on mission successes for internal and external communications
