Responsibilities

Recruitment Support: Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and managing applicant tracking systems (e.g., SuccessFactors)
Onboarding & Documentation: Assisting with I-9 processing, orientation sessions, and drafting organizational announcement
HR Compliance: Supporting training initiatives (e.g., anti-harassment), labor poster compliance, and HR transaction accuracy
Employee Engagement: Helping organize company events, approachable & willing to assist employees as needed
Administrative Tasks: Maintaining employee files, preparing HR-related reports, and responding to employee queries

Qualification

Required

Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office
Interest in HR, or administrative functions
0–3 years of experience in HR or Administrative related fields

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
