Responsibilities
Communicate with wholesale vendors regarding invoice inquiries, payment status, and payment discrepancies
Research and resolve vendor and store operator inquiries
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising and Logistics, to resolve issues and streamline processes
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement
Perform ad-hoc duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in general ledger, journal entry, reconciliation, acquisitions, and data analysis
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2-5+ years of relevant work experience
Understanding of accounting procedures, concepts, and internal control processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
