Responsibilities

Serve as a vital bridge between the Information Technology Department and business units across the Fello enterprise

Facilitate third-party business systems utilized throughout the organization, ensuring all data is accessible, usable, actionable, and stored in compliance with HIPAA and PHI requirements

Partner with leadership to maintain the ongoing functionality of assigned business systems across Fello and its subsidiaries

Serve as a technical expert who collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved functionality

Develop user-friendly documentation and training materials

Respond to help desk tickets related to business systems

Monitor user permissions and data access controls

Support report development

Work with the IT Project Manager to implement new features and system improvements
