Responsibilities
Plan, build, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max) and META Ads Manager (Facebook + Instagram)
Conduct ongoing keyword and audience research to refine targeting and improve campaign performance
Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI
Develop A/B tests across creative, copy, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement
Analyze performance data and prepare insightful weekly and monthly reporting
Stay updated on platform best practices, algorithm changes, and new ad formats
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with brand goals
Maintain strong quality control across all ads, ensuring accurate tracking, UTM tagging, and pixel integration
Support growth initiatives through experimentation, trend analysis, and competitive research
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google and META paid campaigns
Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs
Proficiency with Google Ads, META Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify and tracking pixels
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (2-3 days/week in our office)

Experience with e-commerce and/or lead-generation funnels is a plus
