The role involves managing servers, supporting end-users, and planning virtual server infrastructure while ensuring effective deployment and operational management of Citrix technologies.

Responsibilities
Plan and perform onsite IT system conversions to TOSS Cloud’s IT as a Utility® platform
Perform installation, configuration, maintenance and support of servers in multiple Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop environments integrated with CPM
Manage servers, including XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix provisioning, VMWare, and their associated operating systems and software
Provide support for end-user community utilizing Citrix resources, including ensuring network connectivity and end-user accessibility and perform diagnostics as required
Administer equipment hardware and software upgrades as it pertains to Citrix
Develop and manage automation and monitoring facilities
Develop User Training programs
Perform server and security audits
Perform virtual server infrastructure design, virtual desktop design, capacity planning and Citrix administration planning
Participate in the design and development of workstation software portfolio and Citrix Gold image creation
Conduct research on server, desktop and virtualization products & services, protocols and standards in support of procurement and development efforts
Qualification
Required
Deep working experience with Citrix virtualization using XenApp and XenDesktop Services
Experience with Citrix Provisioning Services
Experience with Citrix Secure Web Access
Experience with Storefront
Image creation and ongoing support
NetScaler and XenMobile expertise
