Responsibilities
Design, coordinate, and prepare landscape architectural construction documents for various planning and design projects, including urban/civic spaces, educational/civic facilities, restoration areas, parks, trails, natural areas, and streets/highways
Prepare landscape architectural and planning documents including planning, design concepts, cost estimates, quantity take-offs, specifications, and operation manuals
Prepare design graphics including rendered plans and sections
Serve as field supervisor and perform field surveys, inventories, and site data collection
Fulfill project manager and project coordinator role on projects, including managing project budgets and schedules
Perform quality control review on design documents, and mentor other landscape designers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
6+ years of relevant professional experience
Skilled in design and graphics
Ability to successfully manage projects
Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented setting
Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferred
Licensed Landscape Architect in Arizona or pursuing licensure
