Responsibilities

Support, maintain, and improve in-house security critical services
Help meet and exceed scalability standards and demonstrate cloud native best practices
Help in the implementation of new and existing security services
Participate in team incident response/support processes
Mitigate vulnerabilities found or reported by internal and external parties by aligning with company’s goals and objectives
Implement cybersecurity protections to comply with regulations and industry standards

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience
Experience using modern server-side programming languages such as go or python to develop web services
Working understanding of modern cryptography, cloud, and security best practices in service development
Experience in SRE, DevOps, DevSecOps or similar working with production services
Real world experience in any of the following: cloud native development, Kubernetes, open telemetry, reliability engineering, production engineering
Experience working with cross functionally with heterogenous engineering teams to ensure the reliability of security critical services
Experience working on projects from planning through completion
