Responsibilities
Assist our Underwriters with day-to-day tasks
Review of company information profiles for completeness and accuracy
Researching company histories
Maintaining agent records
Assist with developing future opportunities through collaborative, service-minded business relationships
Ask questions and take a lot of notes to understand surety bond terminology, processes, and systems
Develop trusting relationships with co-workers and clients, as well as with staff at various TMHCC Surety offices
Assist with quotes
Set up electronic files and gather reports from various sources
Accurately enter critical and technical information into systems
Prepare internal documents
Effectively prioritize assignments to support multiple team members
Easily navigate between systems to maintain client accounts and process team’s requests
Qualification

Ability to handle multiple processes at the same time
Ability to find inconsistencies and missing information
Assist Underwriters with day-to-day tasks
Review company information profiles for completeness and accuracy
Research company histories
Maintain agent records
Develop trusting relationships with co-workers and clients
Assist with quotes
Set up electronic files and gather reports from various sources
Accurately enter critical and technical information into systems
Prepare internal documents
Effectively prioritize assignments to support multiple team members
Navigate between systems to maintain client accounts and process team's requests
Basic understanding of financial information and analytical skills
