Responsibilities
Schedule and conduct phone interviews with Diamond Certified company owners or decision-makers
Write clear, accurate, engaging company stories and research summaries
Secure photos and supporting materials
Navigate obstacles when interviews or assets stall
Meet consistent production deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Use LLMs and research tools to support reporting, synthesis, and clarity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in English or Communications
You've conducted numerous interviews and written dozens of stories
Strong ability to meet deadlines without hand-holding
Comfortable conducting and recording phone interviews
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with LLMs or similar AI tools
Go-getter mentality—you get people to talk, engage and follow through
Naturally persuasive without being pushy
Sharp at prompting and asking the right follow-up questions
Creative problem-solver when faced with resistance or delays
Direct, polite and confident communicator
Comfortable switching between research, interviewing, writing and outreach
