Mid LevelMynavi TechTus Vietnam is looking for a passionate Python Engineer to join their development team. The role involves participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, coaching junior developers, and creating high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
Write effective, scalable, usable code
Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
Integrate user-facing elements into applications
Test and debug programs
Improve functionality of existing systems
Implement security and data protection solutions
Assess and prioritize feature requests
Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions
Qualification
Required
Have experience in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework (FastAPI, Django, Flask, …)
Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
Good algorithmic thinking
Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
Knowledge of building service REST APIs
Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python
Understanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
Have good understanding about Relational Databases: Postgres, MySQL
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git)
Preferred
Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks: LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar
Hands-on experience with AI agents, RAG, Semantic. Vector Database
