Community Trust Credit Union is dedicated to providing excellent plastic card operations. As a Portfolio Support Specialist, you will manage debit and credit card portfolios, oversee card issuance, process fraud cases, and lead innovative projects to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of our debit and credit card portfolios

Ensure seamless card issuance and balancing that keeps our operations smooth

Review reports

Process fraud cases

Actively seek growth opportunities within our plastics offerings

Stay current with rules and regulations

Lead innovative plastic card projects that enhance our service delivery

Monitor fraud trends and report suspicious activity to our dedicated fraud team

Complete fraud-related processes

Manage daily provisional credits

Conduct month-end processing

Make impactful recommendations that drive our organization forward

Qualification

Card portfolio managementFraud case processingConflict resolutionEffective communicationProblem-solving

Required

Two years of similar or related experience

High School Diploma or GED

Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution building relationships and soliciting cooperation

Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion requiring diplomacy and tact in communication
