Responsibilities

Define and optimize business processes in collaboration with client business experts
Work closely with solution delivery teams on technical design and customer-specific implementations
Collect, analyze, challenge, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Define software architecture and configuration to meet required business processes
Support system testing, validation, and implementation readiness

Qualification

Software architectureConsulting experienceRetail business processesMS SQL ServerEnterprise business applicationsData science conceptsPower BIERP software modulesTechnical communication

Required

Scientific or technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong technical, verbal, and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of database queries (MS SQL Server)
Knowledge of retail business processes and industry challenges at both strategic and operational levels
Proven consulting experience within IT, merchandising, or supply chain planning
Experience with enterprise business applications and planning management systems

Preferred

Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server
Experience with ERP software modules
Knowledge of data science concepts
Power BI experience, including dataset modeling and dashboard design
