Tax Reporting Operations Analyst - Hybrid
Tailored Management is seeking a Tax Reporting Operations Analyst to join their Cost Basis Team. The role involves researching and updating cost basis information for clients, handling inquiries, and resolving transactional discrepancies to ensure accurate tax records.

Responsibilities
Process routine transactions according to established procedures
Manage daily operations functions, including data entry, report generation, and account maintenance
Provide quality service and support to internal business partners and external clients
Research and resolve client and branch inquiries related to cost basis
Analyze and correct transactional discrepancies that cause inaccurate cost basis
Ensure accurate and efficient updates to tax lot records, adhering to IRS and industry regulations
Assist with training less experienced team members
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong understanding of industry rules, regulations, policies, and standards
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred
1+ years of experience in a financial operations role
Experience working with financial statements and records
Proven ability to effectively service and resolve client inquiries
